The Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway (MTR) is pretty amazing. This subway transports over 4 million people everyday! The cars are incredibly clean (it is illegal to eat or drink while riding) and the light up maps on the wall make it virtually impossible to get lost. Even for me, a poor little girl from Indiana, it was easy on, easy off. I made it all the way from Hang Hau to Central, no problem, and... I saw lots of colorful faces along the way.
When in Hong Kong, forget the taxi, take the metro!
