I had a really awesome day today!  I got to go to the local high school here and teach some 11th and 12th graders about what it means to be a scientist.  It was lots of fun and such a nice change of pace from the usual data analysis.  To be honest, I was stressin' this whole past week about my classroom time.  What would I teach the kids, how would I teach it, would they throw tomatoes at me or would no one raise their hand to answer questions.  The 45 minutes went really fast, though, and I had lots of fun and I think the students might have learned a bit in the process :)
