I am really looking forward to weekend pancakes!!!  It's not too bad to return from Hong Kong, work one day and then have the weekend.  Life is feeling pretty sweet...

Does anyone have any fun pancake recipes to try?  My ultimate favorite are buckwheat.

Sisters, I miss you so much already!!  Thank you big sis for letting me crash at your place and for taking little sis and I to La Piedad.  Thank you little sis for coming down and visiting me and making me pancakes!!

I can't wait to be able to do this more often.
